RETURNS
Merchandise purchased from Jacaranda may be returned for full credit within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping and handling costs) in unused condition. Please contact us to arrange for the return. Do not send the item back until you have contacted us and received confirmation.

Sale items are final. No Returns or Exchanges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are shipped FedEx Ground from our warehouse in California.

In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours from placement of order. The shipment should arrive in 7 days depending on your location. If the item is back ordered, we will inform you by email to let you know the lead time. Back ordered items will be sent when available and your card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
